Handbells Monday 7:00pm

Last rehearsal is May 12; resumes in August

Meet in the Sanctuary Balcony; stair access is through the front gathering space/Narthex. Music reading experience is not necessary. Director David Thamm patiently teaches bell ringing skills.

Flutes of the Spirit rehearses as needed

Experienced flute and other woodwind players rehearse as needed at the church. Elyse Hearn organizes this group.

Men’s Choir Tuesday 7:30pm

Currently on hiatus. Watch for Summer schedule beginning in July. Rehearses in the Sanctuary Choir Loft. David Thamm directs.

Brass Group Wednesday 6:00pm

Last rehearsal is May 14; resumes in August or September

Experienced brass instrument players rehearse in the Sanctuary at 6:00pm. David Oberhauser directs.

Adult Choir Wednesday 7:00pm

Last rehearsal is May 7; resumes in Fall 2008

4-part choir (soprano - alto - tenor - bass) rehearses in the Music Apse. Directed by Kelly and David Oberhauser.

Children’s Choir (Grd 2-5) Thursday 5:00pm

Summer vacation has already begun; resumes in Fall 2008

During the school year, Children’s Choir Rehearsals are on Thursday from 5:00-5:45 in the Music Apse, the round room behind the Sanctury. Early-arriver activities begin at 4:40. Directed by Kelly Oberhauser. Invite your friends and neighbors for a year of exciting music and learning about our Savior!

Youth Choir (Middle & High School) Thursday 6:00

Last rehearsal May 8, End of Year Party on May 9 at Oberhausers

During the school year, Youth Choir meets on Thursdays at 6:00pm in the Music Apse, the round room behind the main church sanctuary. Click here to tell David Oberhauser to put you on the e-mail list.

The Zion Youth Choir is for students in grades 6-12 who have a passion for sharing the truth about being a Christian, through song. New 6th graders will be paired with an older mentor in the group.

In addition to singing in Sunday worship services, the Youth Choir has regular fellowship opportunities throughout the year. The group also has off-campus presentations to share God’s message as well as opportunities to share the message of the gospel and God’s love for us.

Praise Team Thursdays 7:30pm
Beginning May 15, Wednesday 7:00pm

Adult praise ensemble and band rehearses in the Sanctuary Choir Loft. Directed by David Oberhauser. Leads the Contemporary worship service at 11:00 on Sundays.
